Enter number of minutes to set timer.
If the number is 6.7 then type "6.7" (no quotations marks).
You may type the decimal point.
To test the alarm, type "0" in the entry box and then click "Start the Timer"
Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, there may be a longer delay of the sounding of the alarm the first time you use this timer in an online session. To avoid sound problems, it is a good idea to test the alarm for volume (adjust volume). This will also place a copy of the alarm sound in your cache which will avoid a delay on your next run.
To start timer click "Start the Timer"
Time left will appear.
To stop the timer click "Stop"
To change the number of minutes, delete the number in the entry box, enter a new number and then click "Start the Timer"
When the alarm sounds, click "Stop" to shut the alarm sound off.
The alarm will only sound if you use Internet Exporer.
If you want to type "2", but you type "2k", the computer will use "2" to calculate the minutes.
If you type "ghblxz", the computer will print "NaN minutes seconds NaN " there will be no timer.
NaN = not a number
If you type "1.9e2", the computer will use "190" to calculate the minutes.
